Manuscript Preparation

Authors are requested to prepare manuscripts according to the official GJEST manuscript template. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscript Format

  • Language: English

  • Paper Size: A4

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Abstract: 150–250 words

  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords

  • References: IEEE Citation Style

  • Figures and Tables: Must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text.

Author Identification

At least one author should be designated as the Corresponding Author. Authors are encouraged to provide ORCID, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, or LinkedIn profile links.

Ethical Requirements

  • Submitted work must be original.

  • Plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited.

  • All authors must approve the manuscript before submission.

  • Appropriate ethical approvals must be obtained where applicable.

Peer Review

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process. The journal follows a three-stage review system to ensure academic quality and integrity.

Authors must submit manuscripts through the online journal system using the prescribed GJEST template.

Copyright

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to complete a copyright or publication agreement form as per journal policy.
